We are often approached by foreign law firms for serving summons and subpoenas on behalf of their clients on the opposite party in legal proceedings taking place abroad, particularly in divorce cases.  We provide a speedy, cost effective service and have done so in numerous instances in the past for law firms & companies based abroad. Our service area includes most of the major cities of Pakistan while for rural areas this will depend on the location.

FAMILY LAW

The overwhelming number of our clients who come to Qureshi Law Associates are foreign nationals referred to us by foreign embassies or foreign nationals serving in Pakistan based companies. This service is often provided in conjunction with our immigration advisory services particularly for international adoption proceedings.

Qureshi Law Associates services include adoption, divorce, custody, drafting of separation agreements, legal counseling, court representation, wills and trusts including an initial session advising clients on their rights within the law. While this process is highly stressful and personalized our lawyers are trained to try and provide a smooth and calming process as far as reasonably possible to help our clients achieve their goals in the least intrusive and objective manner.

Based on the facts we will develop a legal offense or defense,  interview witnesses and files documents accordingly with the courts, interpreting laws and rulings to determine how best to advise our clients.
